Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the portfolio management process for the IT project portfolio
• Lead the intake process for new project ideas and prioritize them based on strategic alignment
• Monitor portfolio health and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and ten (10) years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in assessing project proposals and managing resources effectively
• Ability to develop performance metrics and analyze trends
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management practices
