• Experience with UX Research Operations, including recruitment and project tracking
• Familiarity with tools like User Interviews, Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in product management and customer experience
• Proficiency in maintaining customer satisfaction processes and reporting
