Job Summary

Working remotely, the Information Technology SME (OIG) will design, develop, and manage the implementation of risk assessment and business contingency planning frameworks to ensure business continuity across a decentralized organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploys new applications utilizing Internet standards for diverse client access
• Designs and manages risk assessment methodologies and tools for business continuity
• Provides technical guidance on automation solutions for complex information processing problems

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• At least ten years of expert systems engineering experience in Oracle Identity and Access Management
• Experience supporting web-based applications in a DoD Impact level 5 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of Oracle Middleware products, network, Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), and Java programming
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission
