Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to ensure the efficient and secure functioning of its IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and address incoming tickets and requests for prompt resolution and prioritization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified by end-users while collaborating with external vendors
• Provide documentation updates and assist in training end-users as necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in technical troubleshooting and desktop support
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
• Experience with various IT services such as Fresh Service and ConnectWise
• General understanding of Microsoft products and ticketing platforms
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future
