Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Specialist 2 to support and optimize mission-critical IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming requests and provide troubleshooting or escalation as needed
• Deploy, reimage, upgrade, and troubleshoot end-user equipment
• Maintain ticket hygiene and assist with inventory maintenance of hardware and software

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk position
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
• General understanding of Active Directory and Office 365
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar are a plus
