Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Specialist to support the Marine Operational Test and Evaluation Squadron One (VMX-1).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for classified and unclassified information systems and peripherals
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on IT systems and peripherals
• Support telecommunications and media for remote meetings and ensure compliance with IT policies

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive IT-related experience, familiar with DoW and DoN cyber security policies
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science
• Desired certifications include Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+) certification is also preferred
