Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary

To support application development and modernization for a federal healthcare client, the full-time remote Information Technology Specialist will manage Scrum team activities, including software development, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications while utilizing Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, enhancement, testing, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise software applications using Agile and SAFe methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and databases using Microsoft .NET technologies and modern software engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software development and enterprise application support
• Experience working as a federal contractor or employee
• Proficiency with Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, etc.) and SQL Server
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
