Information Technology Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the VA's Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program, the full-time remote Information Technology Specialist will manage complex enterprise ICAM environments, including Active Directory/Entra ID, site reliability engineering, database engineering, data analytics, and security compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and support enterprise ICAM environments, ensuring compliance and security standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Active Directory/Entra ID solutions
- Conduct data analytics and provide insights to enhance system performance and reliability
Required qualifications:
- Experience supporting VA's ICAM program or similar complex enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Active Directory/Entra ID management
- Background in site reliability engineering and database administration
- Knowledge of data analytics and security compliance frameworks
- Relevant certifications in information technology or cybersecurity are a plus
