Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Service Desk Analysts, ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Manage daily operations of the service desk, addressing technical support requests efficiently
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance service desk efficiency and monitor performance
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Preferred Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in a technology-related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a technology support environment with supervisory responsibilities
  • ITIL Foundation certification or other IT services-related certifications preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated success in a technology-related supervisory position
