Information Technology Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Technician to provide IT support and maintain network systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer IT support calls and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Set up and maintain network hardware and software components
• Assist in the development and implementation of data security policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• CompTIA Network+ Certification desirable
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 and desktop applications in a Windows environment
• Some knowledge of network and database administration
• Valid driver's license required
