Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Information Technology Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer specific questions and provide support for installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage
Apply diagnostic techniques to identify and recommend solutions for common failures
Provide Level II support for hardware and/or software products and perform functional administration of user accounts

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Help Desk support within Windows or Oracle
Experience utilizing a Help Desk Ticketing System for at least 2 years
Knowledge of cloud-based containerized environment is a bonus
Must be customer service oriented
Bachelor's degree is a bonus but not required
