Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Administrator I to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to end users and troubleshoot network issues
• Administer and support various IT systems, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Manage device images, mobile device management, and ensure system availability

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Windows Enterprise Environments
• Microsoft certification(s) or related experience in the field
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
