Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems and related infrastructure
• Respond to and resolve help desk escalations and technical incidents requiring advanced problem-solving
• Participate in project work, leading technical teams and providing input to design efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in reading and digesting technical information
• Minimum 6 years of experience with technologies such as Broadcom Automic job scheduler or similar products
• Experience in communicating technical information within a team
• Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems is preferred
