Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve help desk escalations and technical incidents
Complete systems maintenance activities following SOP
Identify improvement opportunities in procedures and participate in project work

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience
Prior experience reading and digesting technical information
Prior experience communicating technical problems to management
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field preferred
Certifications or special training in related technologies preferred
