Infrastructure Analyst III

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise automation operations, the remote contract Infrastructure Analyst III will manage the Broadcom Automic platform, focusing on daily operational support, incident resolution, and system upgrades over a 12-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Broadcom Automic enterprise automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure and automation incidents
• Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience
• Experience supporting enterprise automation or job scheduling platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with system maintenance, patching, and infrastructure support
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
