Infrastructure and IAM Risk Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure and IAM Risk Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Technology Front Line Unit, aligning with objectives set by leadership
• Design and maintain effective controls for core infrastructure and IAM domains, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Lead root cause analysis and remediation plans for control gaps, while providing governance over risk management processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Risk Management, or a related field preferred; advanced degree and/or risk certifications are a plus
• 7+ years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit within the banking or financial services industry
• Deep understanding of banking regulations and risk management frameworks
• Strong familiarity with infrastructure management practices and operational risk management techniques
• Proven experience interfacing with regulators and audit functions
