Job Summary

Defining the infrastructure architecture vision, the full-time remote Lead Infrastructure Architect will establish standards for production environments, networking, observability, and AI infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the infrastructure architecture vision across Fleetworthy's production environments
• Establish centralized observability standards adopted across all teams
• Advise on security architecture and partner with the security manager to align infrastructure decisions with compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, production systems design, and networking
• Strong background in observability, reliability engineering, automation, and production operations at scale
• Experience with AI infrastructure and platforming, focusing on architecture and security alignment
• Ability to define and socialize standards across multiple teams
• Clear communicator across infrastructure, development, and non-technical audiences
