Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Infrastructure Automation Engineer with deep Terraform expertise to design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations in a 100% remote environment, focusing on creating reusable Terraform modules and enforcing policy-as-code across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code for cloud infrastructure
• Implement automation pipelines and enforce policy-as-code to ensure secure infrastructure changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security and operational standards into reusable modules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering with a focus on Terraform
• Hands-on expertise in authoring and maintaining production-grade Terraform across a major cloud provider
• Experience designing reusable Terraform modules with clean APIs and version discipline
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
