Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Terraform to design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions in a 100% remote environment, ensuring scalable and secure cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code for infrastructure across cloud accounts and environments
• Implement Terraform automation pipelines with plan/apply gating and policy enforcement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security and compliance guardrails into infrastructure practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering, with significant Terraform focus
• Deep expertise in authoring and maintaining production Terraform across major cloud providers
• Strong experience in designing reusable Terraform modules and managing Terraform state at scale
• Proficient scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
