Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Terraform, this full-time remote position will design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations, emphasizing reusable modules, automation pipelines, and policy enforcement across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code for infrastructure across cloud accounts
• Implement automation pipelines and enforce policy-as-code to ensure secure infrastructure changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize infrastructure delivery and manage Terraform state at scale

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering with significant Terraform expertise
• Hands-on experience with Terraform state management and designing reusable modules
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code and automated policy enforcement
