Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer with deep Terraform expertise, this full-time remote position will design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations, focusing on creating reusable Terraform modules and implementing automation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code for infrastructure across cloud accounts and environments
• Build a library of reusable Terraform modules with clear interfaces and comprehensive documentation
• Implement Terraform automation pipelines with policy enforcement and drift detection

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering, with significant Terraform focus
• Deep, hands-on expertise in authoring and maintaining production Terraform across a major cloud provider
• Strong experience designing reusable Terraform modules with clean APIs
• Hands-on experience with Terraform state management and large-scale workspace organization
