Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Infrastructure Automation Engineer with deep Terraform expertise to design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations in a remote environment, focusing on creating reusable modules, implementing automation pipelines, and enforcing policy-as-code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular Terraform code for cloud infrastructure across multiple accounts and environments
• Build a library of reusable Terraform modules with comprehensive documentation and versioning
• Implement automation pipelines and enforce policy-as-code to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps engineering with a focus on Terraform
• Hands-on expertise in authoring and maintaining production Terraform across at least one major cloud provider
• Strong experience in designing reusable Terraform modules and managing Terraform state at scale
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Go, or Bash
