Infrastructure Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support automation initiatives, the remote contract Infrastructure Automation Engineer will build Ansible workflows for patch management, integrate automation with ServiceNow, and ensure scalable processes.
Key responsibilities
- Build Ansible automation workflows for patching logic from MECM and orchestrate the full patch lifecycle
- Integrate automation processes with ServiceNow for ticketing and change requests
- Manage patch execution triggers and handle failure alerts through ticketing systems
Required qualifications
- Experience with Ansible and automation workflows
- Familiarity with MECM and patch management processes
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and ServiceNow integration
- Proven ability to create repeatable and scalable automation solutions
- Background in IT services and consulting
