Job Summary

Driving remediation and process improvement efforts, the full-time Infrastructure Delivery Lead will manage infrastructure projects and leverage tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365 in a hybrid work environment in Chandler, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure project management and ensure effective remediation tracking
• Utilize ServiceNow for managing change, incidents, and asset inventories
• Implement AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency within the Microsoft 365 environment

Required qualifications

• Strong background in infrastructure project management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Understanding of vulnerability management and software lifecycle
• Experience with AI and automation tools
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only)
