Job Summary

Driving infrastructure remediation and process improvement efforts, the full-time Infrastructure Delivery Lead will manage projects while leveraging ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365 tools in a hybrid work environment based in Chandler, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure project management and remediation initiatives
• Utilize ServiceNow for Change, Incident, Problem Management, and asset tracking
• Implement AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong background in infrastructure project management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation tracking
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment and AI tools
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder due to client requirements
