Infrastructure Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create layouts of data center infrastructure, including facilities structure and equipment
• Perform capacity planning and optimize performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Implement and maintain security measures and document configurations for operational continuity

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data center architecture and design requirements for network, compute, and storage racks
• Proven experience in a large-scale data center or telecom environment
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices in data centers
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for designing data center layouts
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, VCP) are a plus
