Infrastructure Director of Database Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Director of Database Engineering & Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infrastructure services including database administration, performance management, and disaster recovery planning
• Translate complex business requirements into solution proposals and present budget initiatives
• Provide technical mentorship, manage employee performance, and govern third-party vendor implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or 10+ years of equivalent IT experience
• Seven plus years of overall Information Technology experience, including five years in database management
• Ten plus years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud architecture including Azure SQL Server
• Five plus years of experience with Dynatrace
