Job Summary

A company is looking for a Relativity Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to and design infrastructure projects to enhance scalability, monitoring, stability, performance, and security of Relativity environments
Collaborate with various teams to plan and implement changes, respond to incidents, and support integration with eDiscovery tools
Create and maintain support documentation, mentor team members, and troubleshoot software/hardware issues

Required Qualifications:

Relativity Certified Administrator with at least 3 years of experience supporting hosted Relativity platforms
Minimum of 5 years of Computer Helpdesk/Application Support or relevant IT experience
BS or BA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Expert level experience with Relativity and proficiency in SQL Server, PowerShell, and Regular Expressions
Experience supporting enterprise systems including Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS Web Servers, Active Directory, and Virtual & Cloud environments
