Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage support tickets from initiation to resolution, coordinating with teams as needed
• Perform root cause analysis and monitor incident queues to ensure timely support
• Maintain hardware and software environments, providing second-level support for technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent technical training
• 2+ years of experience in a PC network support environment
• Strong understanding of PC networks and LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
