Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer I to solve simple business needs with guidance and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full lifecycle ownership of support tickets from initiation to resolution, coordinating with other teams as needed
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and assess broader organizational impacts
• Monitor and triage incident and service request queues, ensuring high-quality support within defined SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent technical training
• 2+ years of experience supporting a PC network environment
• Strong understanding of PC networks and LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
