Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer I to solve simple business needs with guidance and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full lifecycle ownership of support tickets, coordinating with teams and escalating issues as needed
• Perform root cause analysis and monitor incident queues to ensure high-quality support
• Maintain hardware and software environments, providing second-level support for complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree or equivalent technical training
• 2+ years of experience supporting a PC network environment
• Strong understanding of PC networks and LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, or MCSE
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
