Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support customer environments and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, O365, and enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot production issues through log review and root cause analysis, implementing fixes or escalations as needed
• Contribute to Azure migration efforts and automate repetitive processes using Infrastructure as Code and PowerShell

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or operational support
• Expertise in Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Strong scripting ability in PowerShell, with knowledge of Python as a complement
• Experience with Public/Private DNS, firewalls, routing, subnets, and SSL certificate management
• Experience administering SQL Server at an operational level
