Job Summary

To enhance operational resilience, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer will manage system stability, observability, and debugging workflows while addressing complex failures and developing internal tools to improve reliability and uptime.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the stability and observability of production systems, ensuring smooth operations
  • Design and implement tools to streamline debugging workflows and reduce incident load
  • Collaborate with teams to shift operations from reactive to proactive, enhancing system reliability
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience debugging production systems
  • Strong proficiency in Go and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and Prometheus
  • Experience with backend codebases and complex system failures
  • Ability to communicate effectively under pressure during live incidents
