Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting process automation systems in a biopharma manufacturing environment, the full-time Infrastructure Engineer will manage system administration, user access, and troubleshooting for Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Manufacturing Control Systems (MCS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) while located in Vacaville, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support infrastructure for automation and QC systems, including user access management and system patching
• Troubleshoot automation and QC system issues, supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain infrastructure components and assist with system documentation and implementation support for automation projects

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DCS, MCS, and PLC systems
• Experience supporting QC systems in regulated environments
• Proficiency in system administration of automation/manufacturing systems
• Experience with backup, archival, and system patching activities
• Experience troubleshooting automation systems and supporting investigations/CAPA
