Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

To support critical IT operations, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, focusing on server systems, cloud services, and virtualization platforms while collaborating with IT and architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of server systems and cloud services
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, implementing updates and ensuring optimal performance and security
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans, and automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting

Required qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell
• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 services
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform is preferred
