Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure end-to-end, the full-time Senior Infrastructure Engineer will manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure while collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable deployments and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ScaleOps' cloud infrastructure, including networking, security, SSO, and compute across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with backend, product, and R&D teams to support rapid feature delivery while maintaining reliability
• Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation and tooling improvements, ensuring security and compliance best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE roles in high-scale distributed systems
• Experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of networking, security groups, IAM, SSO/OIDC, and cloud-native security principles
• A strong ownership mentality, demonstrating the ability to fix problems proactively
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English
