Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
To drive modernization of infrastructure and operations, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement automation solutions, focusing on Infrastructure as Code best practices and system reliability enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, write, and maintain automation software primarily in Python for infrastructure management
- Contribute to Terraform adoption and establish best practices for infrastructure state management
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and implement monitoring systems to improve system reliability
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing production environments in AWS and/or GCP
- Strong proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean and maintainable code
- Experience with Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible or Saltstack
- Expert understanding of Git and collaborative workflows
- MS/BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
