Infrastructure Engineer II

Job Summary

Infrastructure Engineer II is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting and managing a portfolio of business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, security, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the health, stability, and performance of assigned business applications
• Act as the primary contact for application-related inquiries and operational support
• Coordinate with IT, security, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and implement changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle databases and SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Teradata databases
• 2+ years of familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• 2+ years of experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes
• 2+ years of experience with application support, upgrades, releases, and production issue resolution
