Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, demonstrating expert-level troubleshooting across various environments
• Analyze trends and system data to identify root causes and recommend improvements to reduce recurring issues
• Manage support tickets with autonomy, coordinating resolution across teams and ensuring timely communication

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support with increasing technical responsibilities
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies and strong understanding of networking concepts
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments for both onsite and remote users
• Proven ability to mentor peers and collaborate effectively across teams
• Relevant certifications preferred: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
