Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer II.

- Provide end-user support for escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in system engineering and IT infrastructure support
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, or related certifications preferred
- ITIL 4 Certificate preferred
- Experience in customer service in a multi-site environment
