Infrastructure Engineer III

Job Summary

As a senior technical contributor, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer III will design, engineer, and support secure, scalable cloud infrastructure primarily using Microsoft Azure, while leading infrastructure and security-driven design decisions and collaborating with engineering and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud solutions, focusing on network architecture, identity, and data protection
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud best practices to ensure reliable and cost-efficient environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security controls into cloud solutions and advance modernization initiatives

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and services, with knowledge of AWS and GCP
• Proven experience in architecting secure cloud solutions, including network security and zero-trust principles
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, preferably ARM templates or Bicep
• Strong understanding of identity and access management in cloud platforms
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance considerations
