Infrastructure Engineer - Ohio Licensed

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer - Ohio Licensed, the full-time position in Columbus, OH will manage the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise monitoring solutions, particularly using Dynatrace, while collaborating with various teams to enhance observability and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Dynatrace enterprise monitoring environments and design monitoring solutions for critical applications
• Develop and maintain monitoring standards, dashboards, and alerting policies to improve operational observability
• Participate in incident response activities and perform root cause analysis for application and infrastructure incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise monitoring or observability platforms
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments
• Proficiency in administering Dynatrace or comparable monitoring solutions
• Experience in regulated utility, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise environments preferred
