Job Summary
To support enterprise monitoring initiatives, the full-time Infrastructure Engineer - Ohio Licensed will design, administer, and optimize IBM Netcool Operations Insight and ServiceNow event management solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a preference for candidates based in Columbus, OH, though remote candidates may be considered.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain enterprise monitoring and event management solutions across various systems and platforms
- Administer IBM Netcool Operations Insight, ensuring platform health, performance, and integration with ServiceNow
- Develop automation workflows and event-driven processes to enhance operational efficiency and incident response
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years supporting enterprise monitoring or event management platforms
- Proficiency in IBM Netcool NOI, Linux administration, and scripting languages such as Python and Shell
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and enterprise production support
- Strong understanding of event correlation, automation, and monitoring architecture
