Infrastructure Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for Azure-based infrastructure and DevOps capabilities
• Architect and operate secure, scalable Microsoft Azure environments for regulated workloads
• Lead platform engineering practices, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps with leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with Azure platforms in regulated financial environments
• Strong experience in CI/CD, IaC, automation, and reliability engineering
• Demonstrated ownership of SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 operational controls
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
