Infrastructure Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Infrastructure Engineering Program Manager will drive program design and execution, coordinate infrastructure systems delivery, and optimize workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and manage a Program Management charter focused on accountability, outcomes, and delivery
• Collect requirements, define priorities, and drive scheduling while resolving issues throughout the infrastructure lifecycle
• Enhance engineering efficiency through quantitative metrics and foster a positive team culture

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 15+ years in a related role
• 7+ years of management experience in a multi-functional environment
• Thorough understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and systems development life cycles
• Proven track record of improving efficiency and enabling automation
• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure engineering
