Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary

Taking ownership of the firm's infrastructure, the full-time remote Infrastructure Lead will manage the design, performance, and reliability of systems while serving as the final escalation point for technical issues and leading a team in delivering managed IT operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the availability, performance, capacity, and lifecycle of the firm's infrastructure, including virtualization and cloud applications
• Set technical direction for infrastructure projects, overseeing design, vendor evaluation, and implementation planning
• Lead and supervise the infrastructure team, ensuring accountability for project execution and support

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or systems engineering
• Deep expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra ID
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V, including clustering and virtual network design
• Strong networking skills, including firewall configuration and VPN troubleshooting
• A combination of a bachelor's degree, relevant IT experience, and/or recognized IT certifications
