Infrastructure Lead
Job Summary
To deliver stable and secure technology services, the full-time remote Infrastructure Lead will manage network configurations, telephony systems, and Azure infrastructure while collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support network components, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs, while diagnosing connectivity issues
- Administer telephony services and business applications, coordinating migrations and troubleshooting access problems
- Investigate infrastructure performance issues and implement sustainable resolutions across cloud and on-premise environments
Required qualifications
- Experience with Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft Teams Phone, and cloud services like Azure
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools like Jira
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto, Cisco, or networking
- Experience supporting a geographically distributed workforce with international access requirements
