Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Infrastructure Managed Services Delivery Lead for a hybrid role responsible for end-to-end service delivery, operational governance, and financial management while overseeing Hardware and Software Asset Management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale Infrastructure Managed Services programs, ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction while managing operational KPIs and SLAs
- Oversee delivery across multiple infrastructure towers, ensuring operational stability and compliance across services
- Govern the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets and lead enterprise-wide software asset management initiatives to optimize costs and mitigate compliance risks
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and building high-performance delivery organizations
- Technical knowledge of Data Center Operations, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and ITSM platforms (preferably ServiceNow)
- Proficiency in software licensing and vendor management
- Preferred certifications include ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Expert, PMP/PgMP, and Microsoft Azure Certifications
- Experience with succession planning, training, and talent development
