Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Infrastructure Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and security operations, focusing on building and maturing a security program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and manage security policies, standards, and operational procedures
• Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, or cybersecurity
• Strong experience with AWS environments and cloud-native applications
• Proficiency in scripting and automation technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience managing vulnerability assessments and security audits
• Knowledge of identity and access management controls and security frameworks
