Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site readiness for migration to cloud-based infrastructure
- Ensure workstations meet compatibility standards and perform remote upgrades
- Validate network configurations and provide remote support using automation tools
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience with Microsoft Entra ID administration
- Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS and firewall concepts
- Proven experience with RMM tools for remote support
